Why I Started Apex Performance Life

My name is Michael Cummings and I created LucidFlow to give active high-achievers a smart, clean, natural, more reliable way to think clearly, focus longer, and stay mentally agile at work and play. I make it for all of us who desire, and sometimes need, an extra yet natural advantage. And will do what it takes to “succeed” to our personal standard. Apex Performance Life isn’t just about nutritional supplements. They’re just one part of our plan to help driven professionals work smarter, train harder, and recover better for the journey of life together. Because the journey, together, is our destination.

“The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.”

My father, Urban Cummings, was living proof that healthy habits drive success. First thing every morning, he woke his body with a mobility routine. Then downed a dish full of supplements. And after a long day as an engineer at SLAC, he exercised. Swimming or tennis or both. No trendy hacks. Just daily habits to take care of his body/mind. Unlike myself, my father wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD. But he had the hallmarks. Restlessness, energy to spare, insatiable curiosity, a quick wit and a mind that never quit. He lived to age 96 with his natural hair and teeth. More importantly, an increasingly positive outlook. He was a model of longevity, measured more by quality than length of life. His example guided my career of solving complex web and software design problems, where clear thinking, creativity and concise communication are critical. I began exploring cognitive-enhancing supplements in the ’90s, long before “nootropics” became a buzzword. After decades of learning and experimentation, LucidFlow is the neurocognitive formula I’ve always wanted. Yet didn’t exist. Until now!
